“I have never worked anywhere that would allow such favortism shown to certain people as at EY”
Former Employee – worked at Ernst & Young
Pros – The salary is good and some managers are very flexible with time off or working from home.
Cons – Management allows favortism to be shown to certain employees and it is really more of a "who you know" environment rather than "what you know".
Advice to Senior Management – Put policies in place to prohibit favortism and then enforce them.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
