I have been working at Eshel & Partners, LLP full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

People are nice and friendly. very well located near major subway transportation and easy accessible

    Cons

Not much more than simple data entry level at all sort. poor guidance. below market compensation (even after evaluation and positive acknowledgment)
Not the right place to be the stepping stone to the next professional career unless you feel comfortable with data entry bookkeeping level.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You have to change your attitude towards the employees and start seeing them as a long term partner and not just a well fit cover for the next tax season..
it’s all start from your attitude…

I worked at Eshel & Partners, LLP full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Eshel is a good place to learn bookkeeping and simple tax returns. The associates are friendly down-to-earth and ready to teach you the basics and the audit manager is a good resource.

    Cons

I was surprised that after the first several months there was little room for professional growth beyond bookkeeping and simple tax returns with few resources to answer questions regarding tax returns and to review them. The salary starts below industry standard and remains that way even after an evaluation. Employees are overall dissatisfied.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Eshel can be a firm where employees will work hard and feel valued for the time that they put in. Be upfront with them from the beginning regarding their realistic career opportunities and compensation. Be proactive to invest in your employees and listen to what they think; include them as part of the team and it will pay off!
