“Technical Support Engineer”
I have been working at Esri full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Good relocation services. Fairly flexible hours. Big and green campus. Very interesting work and touches peoples lives. Exposure to customers and events a great plus.
Cons – Starting salary is the key. Don't fail to get most at first. Need to open offices in other US cities for better talent management.
Advice to Senior Management – Have a clear career path out of support in three to five years
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
