ProsHQ only: A real office, not cubicle. Nice profit sharing, full benefits a la Microsoft. Very stable company that provides employment for life. Nice city, quiet life, low real estate prices.

ConsNot much career movement. If you want something more, you either move to the less quiet area or create a startup.

    Pros: Esri is the leader in GIS. Esri maintains a strong… Cons: Middle management is clueless with no vision. Middle management remains detached from reality and is just there to make sure Jack's priorities are being executed… Advice to Senior Management: Pay more to attract and keep better talent.
