It has been great. There are opportunities to grow within the Corporation but they pay on the lower end.

I worked at Estée Lauder Companies full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The work was exciting, perks were excellent, health insurance out of this world great!

    Cons

Climbing up the ladder was a very slow process and unfortunately political in the worst way.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Boosting your mentoring skills, don't over work then hold back your support staff - it breeds resentment. Encourage continuing education and career advancement.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You need to lead with your heart's and minds. You need to listen to the employees that are actually working with the customers and regions instead of just listening to the higher ups.
