Pros

The work was exciting, perks were excellent, health insurance out of this world great!

Cons

Climbing up the ladder was a very slow process and unfortunately political in the worst way.

Advice to Management

Boosting your mentoring skills, don't over work then hold back your support staff - it breeds resentment. Encourage continuing education and career advancement.

    Pros

Pros are brand recognition on resume and company store

    Cons

Disappointing/unprofessional/unsupportive HR team members/managers, Doesn't invest in sufficient staff, resources and tools to do jobs effectively enough to match marketplace, Salaries are not competitive. Those who can play politics and games will do well in this environment.

    Advice to Management

Invest in current/sufficient resources and technology to stay competitive and retain talented employees. Look within HR to see if they truly treat employees well or intimidate them. Change management desperately needed to merge the old and the new effectively.

    Pros

Great benifits, Good Pay, challenging posiiton

    Cons

Too many people at the top, not allot of opportunity for advancement

    Advice to Management

You need to lead with your heart's and minds. You need to listen to the employees that are actually working with the customers and regions instead of just listening to the higher ups.
