“Good Experience, its what you make of it!”
Current Employee – been working at Esterline
Pros – Big company, set hours to work, employees laid back. Creativity and hard work is appreciated, good communication with senior managers. Great CEO.
Cons – Employees who work for decades not to much of advancement. Politics, but that's everywhere the same.
Advice to Senior Management – More transparency would not hurt.
