ProsJob stability.Strong Marketing team.Can't think of anything else.

ConsH1-b sweat shop..Horrible place to work for IT folks..No planning from senior management.No work life balance for IT folks. If you want to spend your weekends working on legacy applications, this is for you.
All the good reviews are from a recent email sent out to all employees to provide a review on Glass door. Most of the positive reviews are from Sales/Customer representatives who seem to be happy. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Advice to Senior ManagementWorrying about the quality than quantity would make this a better place to work.

    Horrible company and politics everywhere around.

    Pros: I think the only pro for working for this company is free… Cons: They expect you to work insane hours. If you work 8-5 everyday, that is not sufficient for them and mid - management would point that… More
