Don't Do It!

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Alpharetta, GA

ProsBenefits and Salary are good.

ConsIf you are thinking about this company, think again! It started as a great place to work. However, once you are there and accustomed to the salary, the gloves come off and you see things (and people) for what they truly are - FAKE. Oftentimes, it was a very high demand placed on you. But you were given very little support to get your job done. To this day, many of the people in this office have moved on (some by choice others were forced out). For those who left earlier, it was a GREAT move. For those still left behind, good luck to you and please, for your own sanity, start looking. The market is picking up and peace of mind out-weighs stress, anxiety, micro-management, and terrible work-life balance any day of the week.

Advice to Senior ManagementTerrible! They will tell you one thing and do something completely different, then act as if you are the one at fault.
