ProsBest in field at analysis. Integrity around quality of work, client base.
Real commitment to work-life balance.
Incredible group of colleagues with wide diversity of views and talents.
Entrepreneurial, strong growth trajectory for company.
Proactivity is rewarded.

ConsSenior management has little direct management experience, stretched with too many responsibilities.
Difficult to manage tradeoffs between consulting and advisory work.
No private office space--all cubes.

Advice to Senior ManagementBring in additional management and hr capacity, internal or external.
Expand training at all levels of research.
Better, clearer metrics for performance outside of business development.

    Pros: --Intellectual capacity of colleagues is quite high compared to the corporate world. --Those who track 10 newspapers a day for fun can actually do… Cons: --If you have ever worked in the real/corporate world, this is not it.
