Pros

Steady hours, no over time. Easy schedule.

Cons

Very little overtime to compensate for slow periods where there is less than 40 hours. Base pay does not cover your bills. Fussy customers in an open dining area require an even keeled disposition.

Advice to Management

Stick it out to take over for an opening in management...if you can afford it

    Pros

Training and training. Lots of ideas from the Culinary Team on what should be run- daily. focused on perception. They want to help.

    Cons

be careful what you ask for.... Unseasoned Management likes to sneak up- even when you are not doing anything wrong.

    Advice to Management

be more transparent. Employees resistant to upper level transitions. Higher standards are great, but be for real. Each account is different- embrace the differences and understand this is not McDonalds with a better menu
