- Pleasant office atmosphere

- Quick advancement

- Limited financial rewards
- Near-useless negotiations on promotion

    Diverse company, expanding in emerging markets. Still growing. Laid back culture.

    Disorganized, IT operations weak. Offices scattered all over the world. Requires a lot of remote communication and travel

    - great insight into how to make money in publishing
    - good career development if you can stick it out
    - good work ethic (if you like working hard)
    - good reputation in the publishing industry

    Cons

    - lack of online investment and general investment in some brands
    - low salaries and hard work at the bottom of the ranks
    - high churn of staff at the lower end

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Cut one or two percent of the margin to invest...it will pay off very quickly
