I have been working at Evalueserve full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Flexible, easy approachable mngt, certain good projects like mine make it worth adding to ones cv. Very good for women. Ensures that they all leave by 8pm.

Cons

IT is quite an issue. Also # of leaves is lesser. Number of good projects are also less. One cannot spend more than 3 yrs here. Compensation n appraisal not upto satisfaction

    Pros

Good opportunity for job switch across different domains.
Training management system is so good.

    Cons

Fresher recruited from campus there may frequent postponement in joining date.
Won't consider humans as resources. Totally unethical practices.
Senior management is not good i.e. office politics too much. They make condition harsh so that employee will leave the company.
Highest attrition rate. Employee highly dissatisfied.
Career options changes without considering interests and opinion i.e. forcefully make people to move to other Business units.
    No compensation and no hikes.

I worked at Evalueserve full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

I really dont think that there are any pros, i will say NONE

    Cons

Again i don't' know how to start, there are so many negatives
    1. Pathetic working conditions
    2. Very tight deadlines
    3. I remember when i was in evalueserve, management planned only one outing...junta refused to go, instead of outing they prefer to stay at home to complete weekly quota of their sleep
    4. The official working hours are 9 hrs and 45 minutes. If you are bachelor, it is expected you to stay at work for at least 12 hours
    5. One example i would like to give, i was part of a team where we need to support client for 24 hours for 6 days (from India and Chile office), the obvious calculation says , you require 3 people (8hrs*3, for whole days coverage). Management asked only 2 people to give the coverage. The funny part was it was along with our daily 12 hrs project....simply amazing
    6. Regarding point 5, we had a discussion with our Group Manager. I told him that we require at least additional 1/2 people for smooth work, he told me that he was shocked to know it. According to him there is already 1 person extra in our team..........great na!!!
    7. In the induction program it is said openly that this organisation is started by Baniya, so don't expect any freebies
    8. I remember one more incident, one of our colleague from Chile came to India. For his farewell we had a team lunch...the amazing part was it was in 3 courses.....one batch had lunch when our
colleague had his starters, another batch came (first one left for office) , had their lunch (the foreign colleague completed his main course), and now it was a time for desert (obviously with third batch ).....
    9. For freshers, beware, they will sign a slavery bond with you with amazing terms and conditions
    10. after joining eval, you are expected to work like machine, forget about holidays/leaves/ sleep and family life
    11. people from my division started having heart problems and half of the junta was on medicine
    12. fortunately i left it in ten months (my whole team including group manager resigned in next 2 months)
    13. one more thing, they wont let you take a single piece of paper outside company. The printing papers are coloured (the colour is anything but while, just to show that these are restricted items)
    14. Only join evalueserve when u r desperately in need of job/money (and if possible make sure u don't sign any bond)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You will not able to fool all freshers all the time, i hope that sooner or later you will realize this...employee is human not machine !!!

    Doesn't Recommend
