    Pros

I worked in company few years ago and things could have changed neverthless the compani managed to hire great people (mostly freshers), in times it was good fun, some projects were interesting to work on. If you are lucky one might get opportunity to get relocated to different office be it in China, Chile or Romania. As there is such high turnover of people, they have developed quite good training programs.

    Cons

    - no work-life balance.... they do make one work hard - management absolutely does not care about people... you are just a number, the moment somethings goes wrong people with slightly highersalary are literary kicked out in order to save few rupies - very bad compensation - very different level of compensation within team based on god knows what!! - one does not get any slight hint of responsibility unless you are there longer.... you can dream off communication with a client - if you happen not to speak HIndi... you are in trouble... though it's company policy to speak English, management does not implement this rule so if you are a foreigner or from non-HIndi speaking part of India it's rather flustrating as people do not bother to speak English around you ..
