I worked at Everest College full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Salary was good but considerably less than peers.

Cons

We often pretended like we cared about the Students, but it was only so that they didn't drop. Student withdrawls affect the bottom line.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop the acting job.

I worked at Everest College full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits! The best health insurance.

    Cons

Horrible pressure from the campus president to stick students in a program that they either do not want or won’t meet their career needs. All she cares about are the numbers, not the students.
