I have been working at Evergreen International Aviation

    Pros

None. Senior level management, mostly Smith have run the company so far into debt, it can't survive

    Cons

The company is so micro mismanaged from the top, and everyone is afraid for there jobs, the company is circling the bowl with no chance of surviving now.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Too late, they needed to put Smith into retirement 5 years ago to have any chance to survive. He has ran the company so far into debt with his follies and mismanagement, it's all but dead now

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
