Pros

Smart people, great view, unlimited PTO, nice computer equipment

Cons

Poor egos, poor morale, poor pay, always reorganizing, hypocritical, disorganized

    I have been working at Everyday Health full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

    The company really is a place that is always pushing itself and its employees to do better. Over the last few years the company has gotten a lot better at focusing on what it's good at and has dropped what it's not. This has created some pain but it's such a better place now than it was.

    Cons

    The company needs to do a better job at creating the ability to move from one job to another and needs to do a better job communicating what and why it takes certain actions.

    Keep communicating and don't let the operating units get siloed.

    I have been working at Everyday Health full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    This company has a culture of winning, teamwork, working hard and playing harder. There are 100 people within the team I am on and there is not one person that I don't want to have to hang out with at a dinner or event. Everyone helps each other out, shares information and never says "that's not my job!". The company is always evolving which makes it always interesting, never boring and we are always feeling like we are leading the health tech world in innovation and success. Plus we have a ton of fun coming to work every day.

    Cons

    The company is growing so quickly that sometimes you don't know who everyone is.

    Keep up with the new focus and we will continue this fast paced success.
