I have been working at ExaGrid Systems, Inc. full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – Finger pointing or personal agenda politics doesn't fly here.
Engineering teams work hard and very well with each other.
Flexible hours (don't read this as short working day)
Great product.
Support team that take care of our customers.

Cons – Brand name awareness not there yet.
Benefits are okay but in my opinion have gone down over the time I have been here.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep focused.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
