Current Employee – been working at Excel Electrocircuit

Pros – Facility has opportunity to grow and most of the Hourly workers receptive to do better. Product has opportunity for large margins if controls are implemented.

Cons – Owners work on floor and do not accept advice that will help them improve their processes and increase profits. No controls on floor and implementation is refused due to closed mindedness of owners. If you are not an owner, or have been in the business less time than them, your data driven improvements are refused.

Advice to Senior Management – In order to change there has to be a willingness to accept change. New ideas for improvement should be supported and implemented. Treating people with respect goes further for change than treating people like dogs.
