I worked at Exel full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Good benefits and a decent amount of vacation. The hours are pretty structured and it isn't too hard to move to a different department to get different hours, in the long-run

Cons

The pay levels out pretty quickly, and the only way to really get a raise is to fight for a promotion.

I have been working at Exel full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

I like the ability to transfer around the country. Exel has many clients and sites around he country. I started as a loader and advanced to Ops Manager while moving around the country. If you have a great general manager you will have a great working experience. A GM that believes in the development of his people.

    Cons

Upper management forgets the contributions and work of the hourly associates. GM not committed to the overall development of his people. Criticizing with out a development plan.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Really use the results of the EOS surveys. Not just lip service.
