Pros

Plenty of opportunity for advancement if you're willing to move around. Very diverse customers makes it easy to find something you would be interested in.

Cons

Hours vary by shift and aren't necessarily equal. Night shift works about 10-20 more hours a week than days. The shifts work against each other instead of as a team.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

View the sites as more of a team effort. Break down barriers between shifts. Be open about career development plan.

I work with nice people, but the job expectations do not match the pay. The pay is VERY low and the work pace is fast.

    Pros

The healthcare and 401k benefits are very good. A decent healthcare and dental plan costs about $11 a week, and adding my family was not expensive. You are immediately vested into the companies 401K program with a 4% company match. The people I work with are nice and there is minimal drama. The management is friendly.

    Cons

There is nothing worse than working as hard as you can and it still not being good enough. There is not a person in this company who does not work massive amounts of overtime. If you like to work in an environment where you get praise for a job well done, this is probably not the company for you. The workload and expectations are very high, with very minimal pay.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Employees are not empowered to really fix problems for customers. Employees need to be able to provide a resolution for people who are legitimately upset about the service they have received. We also need better communication within departments, customers and their requests often get lost in the shuffle.

    Pros

Great Pay, nice hours, easy dress code, paid holidays, exempt employees get time off for doctor visits, point system for hourly

    Cons

Contract ends with customer and you are out of a job, if you make good money at one account and transfer you get paid whatever the budget allows, its a good old boy system you have to know someone to get a job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Quit letting good people go and actually stand by your polices with the whole promote from within and focus on placing supervisors and managers when the accounts close not just the GM's
