Pros

The pay is fine, the overtime is certainly available - as long as you're willing to give up everything else in your life to take it. The benefits are currently very good, but this September those are going away and being replaced with a much more frugal plan.

Cons

We're trying to run a nuclear power plant with the bare minimum of people. No, I take that back - we haven't even made the bare minimum of people yet. If you want to work here, I hope you're willing to give up all the days off you have, other than those the law requires them to give you.
