    Pros

Excellent structure, efficiently designed, weighted and measured. Good team to get along with.

    Cons

Depends on bad management decisions from its parent companies, every year seems to get leaner even though EBITDA is solid year in and out thus resulting in overloaded work levels , People morale staying low, and rotation in very high levels (and shall continue the trend if corporate doesn't change the view of things on each particular region, but they're too busy pointing fingers, not much charge being taken).

    Advice to Management

Battle to get more empowerment and independence from your corporate management team. Empower your regions and look for their own particular needs, people retention and empowerment is key

    Pros

Most Co-workers are great people, Location, Parking, Average Benefits?

    Cons

It is run like a family business, Micro-Management, no opportunities to move up, salary below average, insane workload, consistently understaff, high turnover, company culture sucks, no life work balance....should I keep going or you got the point?

    Advice to Management

Stop lying and manipulating your employes, that would be a great start............. along the other 50 things you need to do to improve this place!
