Current Employee – been working at Expedia full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – most groups within expedia offer a good work-life balance

Cons – most of the groups within the company have little to no alignment in their actions to the direction of the company.
With reorgs taking place multiple times a year, this doesnt come as a surprise though since the direction of the company itself is unclear to most employees.
With a very short attention span when it comes to technology efforts, the company flounders at attempts to reinvent itself

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
