Pros

Still has some of the Dot Com Feel- good benefits, free soda, fun and casual environment. Depending on which group you are in is key to long term success and employee satisfaction. The new office in Bellevue is nice even though the majority of the workforce is in cubicles.

Cons

Senior Management is not focused on strategy, only their small piece of the pie. Executive Management allows Senior Directors to abuse business relationships with vendors and customer facing entities. Management feedback process is not transparent even though the process is suppose to be anonymous. Politics and power games are common among upper management as the company changes senior leadership and continues to downsize with layoffs.

Advice to Senior Management

Don't allow abusive management practices by upper management stakeholders.
