Expedia Technical Lead in Bellevue, NE:   (Current Employee)

Pros

Good strategic management in the travel business.

Cons

Not that sharp technically. Middle management doesn't lead technically. No vision.

Advice to Senior Management

Don't squeeze employees during the recession. You'll loose the good ones when it is over.
