great location, near transit center, lots of good lunch options. beautiful building. still has a bit of a small company feel yet associated with Expedia

not a very positive environment these days. Needs more of a collaborative atmosphere.

Advice to Senior Management

Talk directly to the person who isa ctually doing the work. Having to send a message to my manager so they can tell their manager so they can tell their manager only ends up in a distorted message. Grab 5 minutes in a room and hammer it out - it's much more efficient that way. Also stress the need for collaboration - bumping heads over stupid details is ridiculous - we all have the same end goal, let's work together to get there.
