Great people who are truly passionate about their business.

I have been working at Expedia full-time for more than a year

ProsPeople who work here really love all things travel. Currently, the company is growing in many ways - it's firmed up their brand presence, it is working to become more innovative and agile, and it continues to add employee benefits to the mix. The company is starting to realize that to be competitive with Microsoft and Amazon they must pay top talent more.

ConsAs with any other company there are silos - often one side of the business doesn't talk to the other. There is no formalized mentoring program, the career is 100% in your hands. Unless you are lucky, you probably won't have anyone that will help you develop your skills, or move to the next step in your career. There is a lack of female leadership on the VP level.

Advice to Senior ManagementDevelop your talent or you will lose it.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
