I have been working at Expedia full-time for less than a year

Pros

* Strong core competencies in technology
* Strong push for innovation
* Right balance of process and agility
* Fantastic health benefits at a very reasonable price
* Great travel discounts/time off
* Very laid-back, easy-going atmosphere with co-workers that are positive and striving to do the right thing (not just take the easiest track)
* Lots of opportunities to move within the company and relocate to different offices

Cons

I haven't found any worth mentioning yet. The base salary could be slightly higher- but all-things considered I feel incredibly fortunate to be a part of this fantastic organization!

    Pros

    Passionate about travel and technology, many opportunities to dive into different areas of eCommerce and the travel industry, travel benefits are fantastic.

    Cons

    Competition in the travel space is incredibly strong so an entrepreneurship mindset is critical. For those that do not have the drive to build the business and look for opportunities to scale, this is probably not the right company for you.

    I worked at Expedia full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Flexible hours, lots of room for growth and many opportunities, rewarding job. Since the need for shift coverage is available you can change your shift often, based on your metrics. Team atmosphere and really great supervisors.

    Cons

    strict attendance policy, huge company makes training a bit over-whelming, can be difficult to find resources you need, and policies tend to change frequently.
