    Pros

Intelligent colleagues, work/life balance, results orientation, dynamic team, constantly changing business, pushes you to grow, good training and support

    Cons

Expedia is a large company now so can be slower to react to market conditions. The risk of becoming more bureaucratic with the size.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Senior management is doing a good job under current circumstances and market challenges, try to stay nimble, react to challenges, take calculated risk in changing the business.
