    Pros

You get to work on one of the emblema of the online travel industry. Shipping live a product is always a great moment of accomplishement. Certain managers reaylly nurture their teams and foster a very dydnamic atmosphere where you want to give your very best,

    Cons

The process to get project approved is cumbersome and very bureaucratic. The approval system tends to turn like the UN where no consensus is never reached nor followed in the rare occasions that make the par. You start the year with 100+ key projects but you know that 3/4 of them will not actually be delivered because of change of focus, people attrition and constant strategy changes that leads to a bad morale among employees. too much politics and a lot of great people have been departing the company since 3-4 years now and knowledge is not passed away when these people leave.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Great strategy is not only about computing how corners offices are going to be allocated. Employment survey is a joke since no one actually follows what the people doing the work have to say and sometimes they do make very valid points. Stop re-orging every 6 months, it adds more confusion and people tend to focus more on securing their position by maneuvering than do actual work. Stop resting on your laurels, competing, Booking, Priceline and Google are working ahrd to get your spot

    Pros

A well known brand name, looks nice on your resume

    Cons

Stay away from the Fraud Operations Department unless you like working with highly political managers. 50%-60% turn over rate bi-annually.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Fraud Ops Mgt - plz take classes on how to be humane to people who work their tail end off for YOU!
