Company trying hard to innovate and create seamless experience for clients

Project Manager (Former Employee)
Schaumburg, IL

I worked at Experian Americas

ProsIf you get with the right team, they are cutting edge for analytics and innovation.

ConsVery inconsistent internal communications, very unclear direction by senior management that was constantly shifting.

Advice to Senior ManagementProduct development needs to do more external research and benchmarking for larger, older brands. Use their own analytic prowess on their own brands.
