Pros

Lots of different opportunity to do different jobs for one parent company. Flexible with work at home options.

Cons

20 sales folks/consultants could call on one strategic account. Experian laid off lots of good sales management with years of service in April 2010. Where is the loyalty?

Advice to ManagementAdvice

There are too many people calling on one account. Its confusing to the customer and frustrating to the salesperson.

    Pros

    Great benefits, interesting projects to work on and very client focused. They have a diversified services offering, so that may offer opportunities for advancement.

    Cons

    Highly political work environment. You will need to be associated with the top social circles, if not your job is pretty much in jeopardy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to employees, offer better training, create programs for employees offering advancement, and try to improve movement between various sister companies.

    Pros

    typically the team you work with is supportive and great to work with. It was a great commute for me.

    Cons

    Very silo divisions between mgmt and divisions. Too many sales folks for one customer it confuses them. Mgmt does not check in with the rest of the workers

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    They need to be more involved with day to day operations. Mgmt is more involved with their own promotions and perks than the caring about the rest of the employees.
