    Pros

QAS has been an overall good experience for me, I have worked at very large technical and financial services firms. At QAS I have been promoted 4 times and have clear expectations and criteria to achieve further promotions, (on the sales side anyways, can not speak for any other departments) Access to Senior management is there if you want it, they will always take the time, or schedule time to address specific issues you may be having or to just outline what the plans for the business are for the future. The goals here are currently to grow quite substantially over the next 5 years, and with Experian as it's parent company it has the support needed to do so.

Selling: This is a true sales experience, i can safely say that no other company gives as much responsibility or opportunity to young and un-proven sales people with little to no experience. If you are willing to put in the work you can be very successful here.

They promote to management from within whenever possible and in my tenure here they have never hired an outside Regional Sales Manager, it has always been a top preforming rep. Pay is fair for entry level sales and commission is un-capped at pretty high rips (can make up to 18% of every deal based on performance/consistency. Average order value is low for first year or two ($12-$25k deals are very typical) $50k plus is considered a pretty big deal. Great incentive trips (top 6 reps based on % above target: Las Vegas every mid-year all expenses paid and a more exotic destination for the full year: (has been Iceland, Bahamas in the past and is Belize this year, again all expenses paid. Top rep goes to Experian Elite trip which has been in Hawaii, and will be Italy next year.

    Overall culture:
Lots of young people, typically first or 2nd job out of college, lots of socializing after work and on weekends. Work hard play hard preached from above. Almost all of Senior Management is under 40.

It's defiantly worth it giving a shot if you think you can sell or want to learn how, you will almost always know where you sit among your peers here.

    -Good benefits and time-off allocations

    Cons

    - dress code not what some might expect at a software company, however has be relaxed recently. Casual Fridays and no more suits if you are not client facing that day.
    - 8am is not considered a loose start time, expectation is in before 8am everyday. (work hard right?)
