    Business and Non Technical Teams are good

    Cons

    Technology VP has no core technical skills and has no management maturity
    plays political and encourage politics than technical competency and does not value the technical community, all smart techies have already left

    Technology leadership does not exist, very political environment, promotions are not based on technical competency but mostly based on likes/dislikes, no new technology, there is always some rumors floating around and causing confusion in the company

    --Good benefit and compensation
    --Financially stable
    --Strong parent company

    Cons

    --Overly profit driven.
    --Lack interdepartmental collaboration.
    --The company moves too fast, quality suffers. Not enough time to do the right thing or invest in the technology infrastructure.
    --Stress level is high.
    --Not a supportive environment for newbies.
    --People are afraid to challenge the status quote or senior management decisions.
    --Decisions are made from top down and are generally not open to debate or feedback.
