    Pros

They have talented, dedicated people who are innovative and creative. They have global capabilities that can be rewarding for some.

    Cons

Too many changes in leadership, strategy and direction. Too many self imposed distractions and roadblocks. Promotions not based on merit.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus on the customer experience more. Decisions always seem to be internally focused. Hire the right experience, not just bankers.

I have been working at Experian

    Pros

Great job titles if thats you want

    Cons

    Incompetitive salary
Incompetent management that look up not down to feather their own nests with meagre salaries.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Just needs some decent competition for this company to shake up its thick (pardon the pun) middle management layer so that the real workers can produce some real world beaters - at the top and actual designers/developers.

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO
