I have been working at Experian

Pros

benefits are pretty good
bonus seems to be a regular thing

Cons

unrealistic schedules for projects are the norm
every 3 – 6 months management changes there outlook
layoffs seem to be a common tool

Advice to ManagementAdvice

pick a direction and stick with it, if it doesn't work out let the people go that made the bad choices rather than the people being told what direction to go
