Interesting but challenged by politics and red tape

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
    Nottingham, England (UK)

I have been working at Experian

Pros: Some good people who work hard, fairly good facilities, light… Cons: Too much politics, decisions taken behind closed doors, things get more complicated every time senior management says they will get simpler, great emphasis on employee… Advice to Senior Management: Listen to your employees, use common sense in decisions not just the endless data compiled on databases that doesn't… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
