The definition of stressful work environment.

Fraud Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) Allen, TX

ProsGood Pay, Overtime, Weekends Off. Plenty of vacation time/take time off whenever you needed to for most staff.

ConsLack of empathy from Management,High turnover rate,lack of support from management, monthly reviews that could easily cost you your job with one slip up.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet a clue, listen to the employees, allow people to get educated/trained. Remove the glass celling place for the floor employees.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Great group of folks that try to have a 'family' feel. It gets overshadowed by the good ol' boy network.

    Pros: Senior leadership mostly smart and credible, but Don Robert has never run anything this large, everything he does is for the first time and it… Cons: Dated technology. Poor tools. Lower pay than market, often... "Know it, and don't care." Little/no opportunity for movement, except in pockets… Advice to Senior Management: I find it startling to think a $5b company can't… More
