    I worked at Experian

    Pros

IF you like good corporate structure, this is the place for you. Strong leadership direction and decisions are made carefully . It is a credit /risk company!
Not a slave ship, you work reasonable hours 8-9 hours a day.

    Cons

Pay is below average. not by much , but a tad bit low. But makes up for it with reasonable work hours

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You've been in business for a long time and have continuously improved and grown. Try to be more transparent to employees and make each employee feel like what they work on contributes
