It seems to be in a political group rather than in a multinational

Initially good but deteriorated as politics and senior management got worse.

    Pros

Good people who work hard, possiblity to interact with people from all over the world

    Cons

Corridor decisions, surveys that are said to be anonymous but aren't, everything now is policed, employees are not trusted and are mere tools to be discarded at will. Now more than ever the focus is money. This is a billionaire company that just looks at how to save money, even if this damages quality. Above all employees must be "yes" men or they're in trouble.

    Advice to Management

What a pity. Where have the values gone? Isn't it time to think about principals and values?
