Pros

HQ in CA. Decent folks from old TRW business.

Cons

Horrible executive management. More interested in golf clubs than the business. Poorly integrated acquisition strategy for new businesses. Classes USA?!?!?!

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Fire the pompous Group Presidents who are focused on sales conferences and their golf scores. Innovation focus is a joke. Too many execs with limited intellectual horsepower.Running a business like this is not all about sales and quotas and pipelines.

I have been working at Experian full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Plenty of growth and a willingess to invest in that growth. Opportunities to move around between internal business units, including transfers overseas. Decent investment in training

    Cons

It's a big company more focused on acquisitions than organic growth. That can make life unpleasant if you find yourself in a slowing vertical

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You have to build instead of buy sometimes. More invest in organic growth would round out the portfolio
