ProsGreat people working here, very sharp with high commitment levels. Great industry to be in, business information is key to many organizations.

ConsPoor management, little direction is given to employees. You are many times left to make your own assumptions for your line of business.

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to the employees they are the ones working directly with customers.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
