Product Marketing Manager Senior (Current Employee) Costa Mesa, CA

ProsIf you're a solid performer Experian offers a stable and secure working environment. The culture is one that encourages hard work with few resources.

ConsDifficult to move up in certain divisions.

Advice to Senior ManagementLook to your internal people to fill positions before looking outside. It takes outside folks 9-12 months to become acclimated to our industry.

I have been working at Experian

Pros: At the personal level, Experian hires great, great people to work with. Nice,… Cons: Lots and lots of politicking. Company is so big, everyone is expected to specialize, not real below average opportunities to learn things… Advice to Senior Management: Stop with the politics already and do what's best of… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
