Web Developer (Former Employee)
Irvine, CA

I worked at Experian

Pros- good benefits
-work hours are not so bad
- pay is descent
- fun break room

Cons- technology is outdated, was coding in asp.net 1.0 without a valid doc type
- many of the web developers were incompetent
- senior managers of no clue of web technology
- if you want to grow as a web developer this place is not where you want to be.

Advice to Senior Managementget with the times and use newer technology and hire competent web developers
