Benefits are fair
People are nice and friendly

VERY fast pace
You kind of have to find your "way" on developing and your goals unless you have a GREAT manager to help lead you

Advice to Senior ManagementEnsure that everyone that is responsible for team members are setting goals and establishing a development plan for team member to grow. Give praise by doing the simple things...personal email, note, etc....

    Company used to be a wonderful place to work. Not as much anymore. It is not an employee friendly workplace

    Credit industry
