    Pros

The company provide a stable platform for growth so long as you are willing to put the work in. Willing to listen to new ideas from all corners of the business - very empowering.

    Cons

Regional offices can sometimes feel isolated from the head office. In some ways this is a good thing, promoting an independent feel, but in others, it can feel disconnected.
