I have been working at Experis

    Pros

Good initial presentation if you aren't aware of the smoke and mirrors.

    Cons

Only engages contractors by following predefined script. Contractors will not readily receive answers to questions without making several requests.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop treating people who are on the ground making the company money as indiscernible, interchangeable automatons.

I worked at Experis as a contractor

    Pros

Hourly rate is ok at times. They have some business leads. Provide some holiday pay if you are considered full time employee after a while.

    Cons

Will cut your hourly pay, vacation and holidays at the drop of a dime by IBM. Virtually no warning when contract is ended. If you get medical coverage it is very high. Don't expect them to back you whether you are in the right or not when it comes to their customer. As a contractor you are expendable and to be thrown away when no longer needed. You won't get much fan fare for doing a great job, just the door.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Good contractors are hard to find, bad ones are a dime a dozen. The good ones are your companys life blood. You should treat them as such. You don't!

    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
