Great company to work for if you like to live in the boonies and have no desire to have a social life

    Exponent - consider it a short stop in your career

    Pros: Best and brightest minds - recruited high potential MS and Ph'D's from top engineering schools. You never know what project comes in… Cons: Communication from upper mgmt could be better. Some people are managers because they bring in work but manage horribly and do not develop their… Advice to Senior Management: Like most companies, some people should not be in those roles - assess.
