    Pros

The discount is the only reason to work at express.

    Cons

The short shifts in the back room with one break and just remedial work was really bad and you had to basically dress like the manikins.

    Advice to Management

    Pay employees more money.

  2. Great job for those looking for part-time minimal hours with no need to grow.

    Pros

It's a great opportunity to begin building your foundation of sales techniques and forge lasting working relationships with fellow associates and upper management.

    Cons

No commission, no room to move upward in the company. I was guaranteed full time hours during hiring process, then had to fight every week to receive over 25 hours (despite stellar performance reviews from management each month). Management and associates are equally expendable. Management teams are very aggressive and pushy towards sales associates when there's absolutely NO incentive to sell other then personal gratification.

    Advice to Management

Develop fresh creative ways in order to motivate sales teams. There's no monetary incentives, so hourly segment updates where management list off a bunch of numbers isn't great methods of motivation.
